Dealing with CMP on a billing matter it was very interesting the reaction I got from the customer service staff.
Usually in past dealing with them has been at least painful regardless of of any resolution reached.
During my call ,they were instantaneously agreeable and I was asked at least four times if I was going to challenge my bill with PUC. !
I differed at least for now on challenge , kind of hard to challenge when it is so messed up to begin with , I am not sure it would help.
It is apparent that government has got the bastards scared ,which I think is good for us.
If anyone has questions it is wise to call and challenge if one hasn't.
