In California, one of the states where one party dominates, the lie of inclusion was put on display. The ONE PARTY not only does not intend to share power, they don't even intend to allow any other parties to be on the Ballot!
In 2012, the state instituted a primary system under which the top two vote-getters for an office are on the November ballots, even if both are from the same party. This was an obvious and blatant attempt to shut out dissenting views completely. No more opposing party, no more third parties, no more independents. Period.

Fittingly, it has in some instances backfired. This does not erase the fact that total dominance was the intent.
If there ever was something that should be unconstitutional, THIS is IT.
