The Boy Scouts will ensure that condoms will be made 'readily and easily accessible' at its global gathering this summer, it has been revealed.
Rules now require that the host organization of the World Scout Jamboree provide condoms at a 'number of locations' for staff and participants during the event.
Leaders of the participating organizations must also communicate the policy to their 'participants, unit leaders, and contingent staff', the mandate requires.
What can you say?
Although, It makes you wonder - who is buggering who? Are Boy Scouts buggering other Boy Scouts? Are they buggering Girl Scouts?
Are Scout Leaders buggering Boy Scouts AND Girls Scouts? Are the leaders buggering each other? Do you think it was a good idea to admit girls if it leads to more buggery at Scout events? Will this increase opportunities for sexual assault? Are newly accepted gay scout leaders buggering? And if so, WHO are they buggering?
There must be a fair amount of buggering if condoms are being freely provided to all.
Maybe they always were buggering, but now it's accepted.
... I just don't see these recent developments as a positive thing for the Scouts.
And it's not like we didn't see it coming from a mile away. However, I clearly recall that those with clairvoyance on these matters were scorned by the buggery crowd.
... Merely dreading buggery is "hate" now.
